Test & certification
Documentation, acceptance testing and certification against the applicable standards, including the AIV plan with its test cases and test procedures, and CE marking on complete systems.
What it covers
Covers planning and running the test campaign — AIV plan, test cases, procedures — and the conformity side: technical analysis for CE marking, risk assessment and mitigation, support to certification. It applies both at the factory and on site, with IN SY TO either conducting the campaign or supporting it, according to the role assigned within the programme.
What it leaves behind
It leaves the documents that make a delivery acceptable to whoever receives it: test procedures, reports with measured results, non-conformances raised and closed, acceptance records, technical file and declaration of conformity. That file is what makes a supplier qualifiable: without it, a system that works is still only a claim.
Where it ends, where the next one starts
It begins once the system is integrated and powered, and ends with the signed acceptance record. Open non-conformances go back to the phase that produced them, and the loop closes only when the test concerned is repeated and passes.
Evidence in the portfolio
Documented by 22 programmes out of 26 published.
This list is not written by hand: it is derived from the “Work performed” entries of the programme cards. Next to each title is the line that matched the programme, so the match can be checked — and disputed. A new card joins on its own.
