Rack tool for revalidating the electrical interfaces of a launch bench

A rack system that reduces the manual work required of the electrical operator to revalidate the control bench interfaces after a launch. System design, mechanical and electronic development, support to integration and AIT.

After each launch the electrical interfaces of the vehicle control bench must be revalidated before the next campaign: a long, repetitive, manual job, exposed to error exactly where error costs most. This rack automates it, reducing the manual work required of the electrical operator.

It is one of the few portfolio entries that act on an existing facility rather than building a new one, and it is the best demonstration of that way of working: the bench is not replaced, a tool is added that shortens its turnaround.
