Vehicle control bench for a European launch vehicle, including cable routing in the launch building

The cabinets from which a launch vehicle is powered, commanded and monitored before lift-off, and the installation that connects them to the vehicle. Full cycle through to installation at the launch base.

Bench cabinets with the doors open: wiring uprights, vertical trunking and terminations gathered by functional group
Penetration inside the building: cable bundles on the tray and the wall drop, with the junction box upstream
Routing under the raised floor: cables laid in a curve along the tray, between two cabinet uprights

The vehicle control bench for the evolved version of a European launch vehicle: the cabinets that concentrate the vehicle's power, command and monitoring in the hours before lift-off.

The delivery does not stop at the rack, and that is what distinguishes it: it includes the cable trays, routes and penetrations built inside the launch building — the installation work that actually connects the bench to the vehicle. IN SY TO carried out electrical and mechanical design, procurement support, technical documentation, assembly drawings, AIT and installation at the launch base.

The same family includes continuing integration work on cabinets belonging to vehicle control benches already in service, with support to system design and to AIT: the form in which a supply relationship is sustained over time, after delivery.

Role

R1 — System responsible, from design through to on-site installation; R4 — Integration on third-party systems, for the work on in-service benches. Scale: plant, new build and work on an existing facility. Customer: a space agency.
